Proceeds benefit the New Braunfels Parks Foundation, so toast to a good cause.

In addition to wine and beer, the event will offer live music, food seminars, a Chef showdown, a street dance in the Main Plaza and activities for the kiddos. Browse for a unique find at the artisan market and pick up a gift for someone else — or for yourself! Parking will be available on Landa Street, and a shuttle will take you to the festival.

Have a Thrilling Spring Break in Schertz

We’re just a month out from that precious Spring Break you’ve been waiting for all year! Okay, so maybe it’s only been a few months, but we understand the need to explore the Great Outdoors and have some fun. Come out to Stone Creek RV Park to rejuvenate for the new season, and have a blast in nearby San Antonio and New Braunfels.

New Braunfels is home to two popular rivers, Guadalupe and Comal, and locals and tourists alike can’t wait to jump in and float. Stay cool with your friends and take you favorite beverages along for the ride. The Guadalupe River is known to be a bit more intense, with some rapids. Be sure to check the water levels before you head out.

You can also cool off at Schlitterbahn Waterpark, which opens its Blastenhoff section March 12 – 20. With several parks and a shuttle between them, one day of fun in the sun might not be enough to experience it all!

San Antonio is also a short drive from our park, and the beautiful city has plenty of attractions. Catch your thrills at Six Flags Fiesta Texas and plunge into the new season with adrenaline-pumping fun. Let Your Troubles Float Away

The sun is shining, the water is inviting! Come out to Schertz, Texas and stay at Stone Creek RV Resort. You’ll have easy access to New Braunfels and all the refreshing tubing options there.

tubesNew Braunfels is just a short drive from Schertz, and home to the Comal River and Guadalupe River. These rivers attract visitors who seek to float and relax on an easy-paced water adventure. Texas Tubes is a great opportunity for people looking to float the Comal River. You’ll park and rent your tubes, and it’s as easy as that!

From May 2 – Aug 18, they are open from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m., with the last tube rented at 5 p.m. The total float time is about three hours, depending on river flow. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage and sip as you relax on the river and let your troubles float away. Just be sure to pack your sunscreen, caps, sunglasses and protective sun wear!

You can also check out Rockin’ R River Rides, which provides tube rentals as well as rafts, SUPs and barges. They provide transportation from the river to the rental site, so you can get back to your car easily. They also provide group rates for events.
